Waffle World warrants to the original purchaser that the above noted waffle baker is free of defects in workmanship and material under normal use. Waffle World’s obligation under this warranty is limited solely to repairing and replacing parts which in its judgement are defective and are returned, freight prepaid, to its Buffalo, New York factory or other designated facility. This warranty does not cover the upper and lower coated grids.
The above warranty applies for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of the original sale to the original purchaser of this baker when operating instructions and maintenance procedures have been followed. The term “Original Purchaser” shall be deemed to mean the person, firm or corporation who was billed by Waffle World for this equipment.
In no way shall Waffle World be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages. No claim under this warranty will be honored if the equipment covered has been misused, neglected, damaged in transit or has been tampered with or changed in any way. No claim under this warranty will be honored in the event that any of the components in the baker were not supplied by Waffle World. This warranty is not transferable.
This warranty has no effect and is void unless the original purchaser first calls Waffle World at 1-866-447-0031 to get approval in writing, to return this equipment for service under this warranty.
